Executive Director & Director of Coaching – Erica Comte

Erica, who’s role within the club expands from coaching to working in designing and implementing the coaching curriculum, mentoring and evaluating the coaches, and ensuring overall player development and overseeing the operations of the club. Erica played D1 soccer at Cal State Fullerton as a defender.  Following her college career she went to Germany to play professionally with FC Gutersloh in the women’s 2nd Bundesliga. Upon returning home, Erica was drafted in the WPS with LA Sol and finished out her career in the WPSL with FRAM Ajax.  Erica holds an E coaching license and has coached with various soccer clubs such as Chelsea SC, Pateadores and Strikers FC, in Southern California with ages ranging from U8 to U18.

Cultural Liaison – Ericka De Maquera

Ericka is an integral part of our program.  She serves as the Cultural Liaison for the Telluride School District as well.  Ericka brings a wealth of knowledge and insight, but most importantly, she builds genuine human connections that help bridge cultural gaps, support families, and foster trust.  Through her work, she strengthens relationships between families and our club – ensuring our community feels seen, supported, and connected.
